What are three ways that we can keep our innovative thinking, and our human brands going in pursuit of using all of these different AI tools that are out there?
The first thing that we can do is to balance automation with creative tasks, and a good way to do that is actually to create and allocate a dedicated amount of time that is solely for creative tasks that are separate from any automation. And as drastic as it might seem, it just enables us to make sure that we're still clear about the creative insights and ideas that we can generate without AI.
The second thing that we can do is to incorporate human-centered design principles. That is we still want to make sure that we've got the human US people in mind when we are either implementing or choosing the different AI tools that we use, and that often means making sure that it's intuitive and makes sense to use.
And the third and final thing that we can do is to make sure that we have regular skills reviews. That is we review the skills of our creative thinking, our innovative thinking, and our problem solving separate from our AI skills. When we can do all of those three things, we can make sure that we ensure that we still have those creative human skills of problem-solving, and we don't lose those important, crucial skills moving forward.
To solve the problems of our world.
